Edge card
GameStop/EB offers a discount card called the GameStop/EB Edge card. It costs $15, is valid for 1 year, and gets you a 1-year subscription to Game Informer (12 issues). The Edge card can be used to store trade-in credit, and also gives you 10% off used games or movies. You can also take advantage of an additional 10% credit on trade-ins. There are no discounts given on new merchandise.
GameStop also used to offer a similar card called the 'More' card. Since the merger, it has opted to use the 'Edge' name for its card and has attempted to standardize the card across its retail stores (with varying success).
Trades
GameStop offers cash and/or store credit in exchange for trading in your used video games, DVDs, video game systems, and accessories. If you request cash for your trade-ins, you are given 20% less than normal trade-in values.
