- Returns Center
- New, unopened items within 30 days for full refund.
- Opened video games, DVDs, and other media items are subject to a partial refund.
- After 30 days:
- Unopened games receive refund of 80% of item price.
- Opened games receive refund of 50% of item price.
- Return shipping is deducted from refund unless reason for return is an Amazon.com error.

- Items can be returned/exchanged at B&M stores:
- The packing list/receipt and ID are required.
- Be sure to have all original packing materials to avoid additional fees.

- Bring in defective/damaged merchandise within 30 days and talk with a manager.
- Previously played games are guaranteed for 30 days with original receipt (return or exchange).

- Returns
- Attain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days since the item left the warehouse. Note: A RMA number expires after 30 days, meaning your item can no longer be returned.
- Opened video games may only be exchanged for an identical item.
- All returns must include the following:
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
- Original intact UPC barcode.
- Valid RMA.
- Original packing slip.
- All accessories
- Manufacturer documentation
- Write the RMA number only on the return label or the brown shipping box.

- To return an item, obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of purchase (1-877-OUTPOST).
- Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of issuance of RA#.
- Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

- All items may be returned to either the Toysrus.com/Amazon.com online store or to a Toys 'R Us B&M store.
