  • Returns Center
  • New, unopened items within 30 days for full refund.
  • Opened video games, DVDs, and other media items are subject to a partial refund.
  • After 30 days:
    • Unopened games receive refund of 80% of item price.
    • Opened games receive refund of 50% of item price.
  • Return shipping is deducted from refund unless reason for return is an Amazon.com error.

  • Previously played games are guaranteed for 30 days with original receipt (return or exchange).

  • Returns
  • Attain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days since the item left the warehouse. Note: A RMA number expires after 30 days, meaning your item can no longer be returned.
  • Opened video games may only be exchanged for an identical item.
  • All returns must include the following:
    • Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)
    • Original intact UPC barcode.
    • Valid RMA.
    • Original packing slip.
    • All accessories
    • Manufacturer documentation
    • Write the RMA number only on the return label or the brown shipping box.

  • To return an item, obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of purchase (1-877-OUTPOST).
  • Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of issuance of RA#.
  • Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Use Amazon.com's Returns Center for Toysrus.com purchases.
  • All items may be returned to either the Toysrus.com/Amazon.com online store or to a Toys 'R Us B&M store.

  • Items purchased from Walmart.com with original invoice and packaging may be returned at any Walmart B&M store.

  • Fill out "Items to Be Exchanged" form on reverse side of invoice to exchange item(s) by mail.
  • Return shipping charges are no refundable. Shipping will be charged for new item(s) sent.
